| 4 1/2 quarts tomatoes | 3 green peppers |
| 3 quarts carrots | 1 large cabbage |
| 6 onions, chopped | 1 tsp pepper |
| 1 bundle celery | 1/2 cup salt |
| 3 red peppers | 1/3 cup sugar |
| 4 quarts water |
Quarter tomatoes; slice carrots; slice celery; chop peppers; cup up cabbage. Combine all ingredients; boil 1 hour. Put in quart bottles. Water bath for 20 minutes.
