| 2 bunches spinach | 3/4 pound crumbled cooked bacon |
| 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese | 1/2 cup cottage cheese |
| 1 head lettuce | 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped |
| Poppy Seed Dressing for Salad: | |
| Blend in blender: | |
| 1 cup oil | 3/4 cup sugar |
| 1 tsp salt | 1/3 cup white vinegar |
| 1 tsp dried or creamy mustard | 1/2 cup chopped red onion |
If desired add 4 tsp poppy seeds and some sliced red onion to dressing. Chill overnight; pour over salad ingredients and serve.
