| Chicken breasts or tenders, chunked | |
| 1 pkg fajita seasoning mix |
Cook chicken; season with fajita seasoning when cooked.
| Dressing: | |
| 1 jalapeno pepper | 1 clove garlic |
| 2 medium tomatillos | Juice from 2 limes |
| 1/2 bunch cilantro | 1 pkg Ranch dressing mix |
Could use 1/2 bottle of prepared Hidden Valley buttermilk dressing in place of dressing mix. Place all dressing ingredients in blender and blend together. Assemble salad in order listed below; top with dressing and serve.
