| Juice of 1 lemon | 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 3 cloves garlic, crushed | 1 cup grated Swiss cheese |
| 1 tsp salt | 2/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted |
| 1/2 tsp pepper | 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 pound bacon, cooked & diced | 1 cup croutons |
| 2 heads Romaine lettuce, torn | Salt and pepper to taste |
Dressing: Combine lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Beating continuously with a fork, slowly add oil in a stream. Let stand 3 hours. In salad bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, almonds, and bacon. Toss with dressing and Parmesan cheese. Garnish with croutons.
