| 2 lb lean ground beef | 1 cup water |
| 6-oz. pkg stuffing mix | 2 beaten eggs |
| 1 can tomato sauce | |
| Tangy Topper Sauce: | |
| 1/4 cup ketchup | 1 Tblsp prepared mustard |
| 3 Tblsp brown sugar | 1/2 tsp nutmeg |
Use 1/2 or 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce as desired. Use chicken Stove Top Stuffing Mix. Mix meat loaf ingredients and form into loaf. Place in 9 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Mix sauce ingredients and spread over meatloaf during last five minutes of baking.
