Cranberry Meatloaf

| 1 lb ground round | 1/2 cup tomato juice |
| 1 cup cooked rice | 1/3 cup onion, chopped |
| 1 egg, beaten | 1 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1/2 tsp pepper | |
| Sauce: | |
| 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce | |
| 1/3 cup brown sugar | |
| 1 Tblsp lemon juice |
Mix meatloaf ingredients together and form into small loaves about the size of potatoes. Makes 4-5. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
