Baked Macaroni & Cheese

| 2 cups elbow macaroni | 3 cups milk |
| 1/2 lb hamburger | 1/2 cup diced onion |
| 4 Tblsp butter | 1/2 tsp paprika |
| 1/2 cup flour | 1 egg |
| 1 Tblsp powd mustard | 3 cups shredded cheese |
| 2 Tblsp Ranch dressing mix | 1/2 tsp black pepper |
Cook pasta in salted water to al dente. While pasta is cooking, brown 1/2 pound hamburger with diced onion; melt butter with meat. Whisk in flour and mustard; stir until smooth. Add milk and paprika. Bring to boil. Temper in egg. Stir in cheese. Season with Ranch mix and pepper. Melt 3 Tblsp butter in container; add 1 cup panko bread crumbs and stir. Top casserole with cheese, then crumb mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for five minutes before serving.
