Soup

4 1/2 quarts tomatoes 3 green peppers
3 quarts carrots 1 large cabbage
6 onions, chopped 1 tsp pepper
1 bundle celery 1/2 cup salt
3 red peppers 1/3 cup sugar
4 quarts water


Quarter tomatoes; slice carrots; slice celery; chop peppers; cup up cabbage. Combine all ingredients; boil 1 hour. Put in quart bottles. Water bath for 20 minutes.
