1 chopped onion 1 can chicken broth
1 can chili beans 2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can black beans 1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can corn, drained 2 boneless,skinless breasts
1 can tomato sauce, 8-oz.


Add everything except seasoning and chicken to crockpot. Add taco seasoning and stir. Lay chicken on top pressing down slightly until just covered. Cook on low heat for five hours. Remove chicken and allow to cool. Shred chicken and stir back into soup and continue cooking for two hours. Serve with toppings of shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
