2 cans clams and juice |
5 cups peeled, diced raw potatoes |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 cup chopped celery |
Add some water to all above ingredients and boil until tender. In another pan, melt 2 cubes butter. Add 3/4 to 1 cup flour. Mix and cook. Add 2 quarts half & half. Salt and pepper to taste. Add drained veggies and clams to white soup. Enjoy!
