2 medium potatoes
1 pkg frozen California Blend veggies
1 8-oz. jar Cheez Whiz (or Velveeta)
1/2 cup flour
1 cube butter
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup cream or milk


Peel, dice, and boil potatoes. Cook veggies in microwave for 7 minutes. Melt butter; add flour and cook for a minute or so. Add chicken broth and cream. Stir in Cheez Whiz and cook over low heat until melted and thickened. Add potatoes and veggies. This looks nice served in bread bowl.
