Crack 2 eggs into ziplock bag and shake to combine.
Put out ingredients such as cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa.
Each guest adds ingredients of choice to their bag and shakes it again.
(Make sure to get the air out of the bag).
Place bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes.
Open the bag and the omelet rolls out easily


Have guests write their name on bag with permanent marker. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. Can serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake. I've heard this works well for camping.
