Crack 2 eggs into ziplock bag and shake to combine. |
Put out ingredients such as cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa. |
Each guest adds ingredients of choice to their bag and shakes it again. |
(Make sure to get the air out of the bag). |
Place bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. |
Open the bag and the omelet rolls out easily |
Have guests write their name on bag with permanent marker. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. Can serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake. I've heard this works well for camping.
