5-6 large potatoes 1 can cr of mush soup
1 onion, sliced Butter
6 strips cooked bacon Salt and Pepper
1 can evaporated milk


Slice potatoes, layer with sliced onion. Break up cooked bacon and sprinkle on top of onion. Pour soup and milk mixture over top. Dot with butter generously. Salt and pepper. Pour evaporated milk over all. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Last hour remove lid.
