2 cup rice, uncooked |
1 cup water |
1 chicken boullion cube |
1 can stewed tomatoes |
Toast rice in a frying pan in a little oil until it is light brown, stirring constantly. Add boullion cube to water and dissolve. Add to rice. Add stewed tomatoes, bring to boil, and simmer until liquid is absorbed.
