3 Tblsp butter |
1 c uncooked rice |
2 cups chicken broth |
2 Tblsp chopped red pepper |
In saucepan melt butter; add rice and cook stirring until rice is golden. Add broth. Bring to boil; cover and turn heat low. Cook for 15 minutes or until done. Stir in pepper and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
