3 cups cooked rice | 1/4 cup onion, minced |
2 eggs, beaten | 1 tsp salt |
2 cups milk | 2-3 cups grated cheese |
1/4 cup green pepper | 4 Tblsp butter, melted |
1 cup uncooked rice will make 3 cups cooked. Use a mild pepper, chopped fine. Mix all ingredients and put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
