3 cups cooked rice 1/4 cup onion, minced
2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp salt
2 cups milk 2-3 cups grated cheese
1/4 cup green pepper 4 Tblsp butter, melted


1 cup uncooked rice will make 3 cups cooked. Use a mild pepper, chopped fine. Mix all ingredients and put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
