Salad

2 bunches spinach 3/4 pound crumbled cooked bacon
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 head lettuce 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Poppy Seed Dressing for Salad:
Blend in blender:
1 cup oil 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt 1/3 cup white vinegar
1 tsp dried or creamy mustard 1/2 cup chopped red onion


If desired add 4 tsp poppy seeds and some sliced red onion to dressing. Chill overnight; pour over salad ingredients and serve.
