Salad

2 eggs 1 cup cream, whipped
1/8 cup white vinegar 1 can pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup sugar 1 can mandarin oranges
2 Tblsp butter 1 can fruit cocktail
2 c miniature marshmallows


Beat eggs in top of double boiler. Add vinegar, sugar, and butter. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until thick. Cool. Fold in whipped cream, fruits, and marshmallows. Chill 24 hours. Makes 8-10 servings.
