Salad

1 lg pkg orange Jello
8-oz. pkg Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
6-oz.can frozen OJ


Drain pineapple and oranges. Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until partly jelled. Stir gelatin and Cool Whip together until smooth. Add oranges, pineapple, and OJ. Refrigerate until set. Makes 8 servings. Double the recipe goes in 9 x 13-inch pan nicely.
