1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese | 1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise | 8 boiled eggs, chopped |
1 tsp dry mustard | Small onion, chopped |
1/2 tsp paprika |
Mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, and salt. Stir in eggs and onion. Serve in croissants, sandwiches, or on lettuce.
