Cherry-Chicken Salad

2 1/2 c cubed cooked chicken | 1/2 mayonnaise |
2/3 c dried cherries | 4 tsp buttermilk |
1/3 cup chopped celery | 1/2 tsp salt |
1/3 cup chopped tart apple | 1/8 tsp pepper |
1/3 cup chopped pecans | 1/3 c grapes, halved |
Combine chicken, fruits, and vegetables. Combine mayo, buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Add dressing to chicken mixture and mix well. Serve in croissants.
