Broccoli This'n That Salad

1 lb broccoli florets | Salt/pepper to taste |
15-oz. can baby corn | 2 boiled eggs, sliced |
1/2 pkg frozen peas | 1 c cherry tomatoes |
Small green pepper | 3/4 cup mayonnaise |
3 green onions, sliced | 1/2 c ranch dressing |
Can water chestnuts |
Drain corn and cut ears in half, slice eggs, thaw peas, chop green pepper, slice onions, drain sliced water chestnuts. Steam broccoli slightly (5 minutes). Cool; toss with vegetables except tomatoes. Combine mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Garnish with eggs and tomatoes. Serve. Makes 10 servings. Another dressing that I like is mixture of 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 Tblsp vinegar.
