Salad

1 lb broccoli florets Salt/pepper to taste
15-oz. can baby corn 2 boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 pkg frozen peas 1 c cherry tomatoes
Small green pepper 3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 green onions, sliced 1/2 c ranch dressing
Can water chestnuts


Drain corn and cut ears in half, slice eggs, thaw peas, chop green pepper, slice onions, drain sliced water chestnuts. Steam broccoli slightly (5 minutes). Cool; toss with vegetables except tomatoes. Combine mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Garnish with eggs and tomatoes. Serve. Makes 10 servings. Another dressing that I like is mixture of 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 Tblsp vinegar.
