Salad

1 bunch fresh broccoli 1 cup grapes
1 pound bacon 1 cup whole cashews
1 medium red onion, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated cheese 2 tsp. vinegar


Use tops of broccoli only . Clean and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain. Fry bacon until crisp and break into bite-sized pieces. Combine broccoli, bacon, onions, raisins, and cashews in bowl. Heat vinegar slightly. Add sugar and dissolve. Stir in mayonnaise. Toss with salad. Serves 10.
