3 lb boneless beef roast 1 medium onion
1/3 cup vinegar 3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp garlic powder 12 buns


Cut roast in half; place in slow cooker. Combine onion, vinegar, bay leaves, salt, cloves, and garlic powder and put on meat. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Discard bay leaves. Remove meat and shred with fork. Serve on buns.
