3 lb boneless beef roast | 1 medium onion |
1/3 cup vinegar | 3 bay leaves |
1/2 tsp salt | 1/4 tsp ground cloves |
1/8 tsp garlic powder | 12 buns |
Cut roast in half; place in slow cooker. Combine onion, vinegar, bay leaves, salt, cloves, and garlic powder and put on meat. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Discard bay leaves. Remove meat and shred with fork. Serve on buns.
