Pork Chop/Chicken/Rabbit Casserole

4-5 pork chops | 2 cups water |
1 cup uncooked rice | Salt/pepper to taste |
1 can cream of ch soup | 1 pkg dried onion soup mix |
Chicken thighs, legs, or rabbit also work well in this recipe. Brown pork chops (if using chicken or rabbit, I do not bother to brown the meat). Stir rice in water and soup. Place rice mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Place meat over the rice. Sprinkle with dried onion soup mix. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
