8 oz. uncooked linguine 1 tsp basil
1 c shinly sliced broccoli 1/2 tsp salt
1 medium carrot, thinly sliced 1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c sliced green onions 1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c sliced mushrooms 1 garlic clove, minced


Cook linguine according to package. Meanwhile, cook broccoli, carrot, and onion in butter in large skillet for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper (could also add about 2 cups of snow peas); cook about 3 minutes; add broth; stir. Drain linguine and add to skillet; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
