4 boneless skinless breasts Grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cube melted butter, divided 1/2 cup flour
Salt and Pepper 1 beaten egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs


Pound chicken flat and dip in 1/2 cube butter and salt and pepper. Spread cheese on top of chicken. Roll chicken up and hold together with toothpicks. Dip in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Make sauce--ingredients shown below.


1 can cr of chicken soup 2 Tblsp parsley
1 cup sour cream 1/2 tsp sage,rosemary,or thyme


Combine other 1/2 cube of butter with the above ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
