1 lb. ground beef | 1 env taco seasoning |
4 hot baked potatoes | 1 cup shredded cheese |
1 cup onion, chopped | Salsa (optional) |
Brown beef in skillet; drain. Add taco seasoning; prepare according to package directions. Cut an "X" in the top of each potato; fluff pulp with fork. Top with taco meat, cheese, and onions. Serve with salsa.
