1 cup rice, uncooked | 1 1/2 cups sliced or cubed ham |
1 cup frozen green peas | 1/2 tsp garlic powder |
2 Tblsp butter | 3 small green onions |
1/4 tsp black pepper | 1 Tblsp soy sauce |
1 can bean sprouts |
Cook rice as directed on package. Heat butter in non-stick frying pan. Cut up green onions. Place onions and ham in the butter, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Add cooked rice. Add bean sprouts, drained, and green peas. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Stir in soy sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
