1 cup rice, uncooked 1 1/2 cups sliced or cubed ham
1 cup frozen green peas 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tblsp butter 3 small green onions
1/4 tsp black pepper 1 Tblsp soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts


Cook rice as directed on package. Heat butter in non-stick frying pan. Cut up green onions. Place onions and ham in the butter, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Add cooked rice. Add bean sprouts, drained, and green peas. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Stir in soy sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
