Cut halibut into chunks 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick. Arrange in bottom of baking dish. Season with garlic salt, onion salt, and seasoning salt. Drizzle a little melted butter over it. Spread on some mayonnaise about 1/4-inch thick or less. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
