1 flank steak | 2 Tblsp orange juice |
1/2 cup teriyaki marinade | 2 Tblsp vinegar |
1 medium onion, sliced | 2 minced garlic cloves |
1 medium red pepper, chopped | 1 tsp dried oregano |
6 flour tortillas (6-inch) | 1/4 tsp cumin |
Few drops hot pepper sauce |
Cook flank steak in crockpot with marinade for 6 hours on low. Take out and slice thinly. Pour 1 cup pan drippings over meat and let soak in. Cook onion in oil with red pepper; carmelize then add garlic. Add OJ, vinegar, and spices. Cook off liquid; add meat; heat and serve.
