Easy Enchiladas

2 c cubed cooked chicken | 1 cup salsa |
8-oz. pkg cream cheese | 2 c shredded cheese |
8 flour tortillas (8-inch) | 1 can sliced olives, drained |
1 c yogurt or sour cream | Lettuce, chopped tomatoes |
Combine chicken and softened cream cheese. Spoon about 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up tightly. Place seam side down in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine yogurt and salsa; spread over tortillas. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and olives. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes is desired.
