Curly Coconut Pasta

8 to 12-oz. pkg pasta spirals | Pinch chili powder |
2 cups broccoli florets | Cooked chicken, chunked |
1 Tblsp canola oil | 1/2 c sour cream |
1 small onion, chopped | 1 tsp Dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove | 1 can coconut milk |

Could use whole wheat pasta. Cook pasta until tender but firm. At the same time, cook broccoli until tender. Heat oil in frying pan. Add onion and fry until browned. Add garlic and chili powder and fry further. Add chicken, sour cream, mustard, coconut milk, and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Should be creamy--I usually add more sour cream, Dijon, and coconut milk. Drain pasta and stir into sauce. Finally stir in broccoli.
