3 pounds spare ribs | 1/4 cup chili sauce |
1 cup brown sugar | 1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce | 2 tsp mustard |
1/3 cup soy sauce | 2 cloves garlic |
1/4 cup vinegar | 1/8 tsp pepper |
Mix everything but the ribs to make barbeque sauce. Place spare ribs in crockpot and cover with sauce. Cook on high for a few hours until the ribs are tender or cook over low heat all day until ribs are tender.
