1 lb ground beef | 1 can kidney beans |
1 can tomato soup | 1 c celery, chopped |
1/2 c green pepper, chopped | 1/2 c onion, chopped |
1/4 cup ketchup | 1 Tblsp brown sugar |
1 tsp chili powder | 1/2 tsp ground mustard |
1/2 tsp salt | 1/4 tsp pepper |
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper | 1/8 tsp garlic powder |
Brown beef; drain. Add beans (drained and rinsed), soup, celery, green pepper, onion, ketchup, brown sugar, and seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve on buns.
