3 Tblsp melted butter | 1 tsp ginger |
1 Tblsp soy sauce | 1/4 tsp salt |
1 c crushed snack crackers | 4 chicken breast halves |
Cut chicken into strips. Crush about 30 snack crackers to make 1 cup. Mix butter with soy sauce and crackers with ginger and salt. Dip chicken strips into butter mixture then in cracker mixture. Place on baking sheet; bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.
