2 1/2 cooked chicken, cubed | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
10-oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables | |
3/4 c ranch salad dressing | |
4 hot baked potatoes |
Place chicken and vegetables in microwave dish; cover and microwave on hgh for 6-7 minutes, stirring once. Add salt and pepper; let stand for 2 minutes. Fold in salad dressin;g. Cut an "X" in the top of each potato; fluff pulp with fork. Top with chicken mixture.
