Chicken in the Crockpot

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/4 cup water |
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix |
1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
Dissolve salad dressing mix in water. Cut chicken in large chunks and place in crockpot. Pour dressing mixture over chicken and cook for 3 hours. Mix cream cheese and soup. Pour over chicken and cook 1 more hour. Small potatoes or carrots may be added.
