Fresh broccoli florets 4 chicken breasts, chunked
Lg can cr of chicken soup Dried onion flakes
1 cup sour cream Black pepper
1 cup mayonnaise Curry powder
1 Tblsp lemon juice Paprika


Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Put in enough broccoli florets to cover bottom (could use baby carrots and cauliflower as well). Lay chicken pieces over broccoli. Mix soup, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, and spices. Spread on top of chicken. Top with more onion flakes and black pepper. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve over rice or pasta.
