1/2 small onion, chopped | 2-3 dashes salt |
1/2 small cabbage, cut bite-sized | 1 dash black pepper |
1 dash red or white pepper |
Using a pressure cooker, fry sausage (without the lid) on medium-high heat until it starts to brown (about 7 minutes). Remove from cooker (keep warm). Cook potatoes in the pressure cooker (with lid on) with 1 cup water with 5 minutes of gentle rocking, and cool immediately. Drain and remove from pan. Cook cabbage in pressure cooker (with lid) with about 1 cup water and 1-2 minutes of gentle rocking; cool immediately. Drain and remove from pan. Return sausage to cooker with onion and cook (without lid) on medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until sausage is browned and onion is tender. Reduce heat to medium low. Add potatoes, cabbage, salt, and pepper and gently stir until heated through.
