2 or 3 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
5 or 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika or to taste
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tsp curry powder
1 to 2 Tblsp lemon juice
Parmesan cheese


Thaw and drain broccoli for 6 hours; place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole. Place chicken over broccoli; sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with additional paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. NOTE: Broccoli may be cooked before adding to casserole. Yield: 6-8 servings. A good way to use leftover turkey.
