Upside-Down Spaghetti

2 pounds hamburger | 16 oz. sour cream |
16 oz.-pkg angel hair pasta | 1 cup Mozzarella cheese |
2 8-oz. pkg cream cheese | Large bottle Prego (Costco) |
Blend cream cheese and sour cream together. Cook meat; drain off fat; add spaghetti sauce. Layer as follows: One half of meat sauce, one half of cooked spaghetti, mixture of cream cheese and sour cream, the rest of the spaghetti, and the rest of the meat sauce. Grate Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees, covered. Then uncover and cook 15 minutes more. (Cook in blue pan.)
