3-4 chicken breasts (add more if needed) Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, then sprinkle with garlic. Fry in a tiny bit of oil on stove (about 40 sec) until light brown. Put chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan. Make sauce.
3/4-1 cup sugar | Onions, green peppers |
20-oz. can pineapple tidbits | 2 Tblsp soy sauce |
7 Tblsp catsup | 1 tsp salt |
2/3 to 3/4 cup vinegar | 1/4-1/2 cup cornstarch |
Chop onions and green peppers. Mix sauce and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
