Sour Cream Enchiladas

16 flour tortillas | 2 cans cr of chick soup |
2 lbs hamburger | 2 cups shredded cheese |
1/2 lg carton sour cream | Salt and pepper |
1 soup can water |
Could use shredded beef or chicken. Brown hamburger. In separate bowl, mix sour cream, soup, water, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour enough sour cream mixture to cover bottom of large baking dish. Place meat in center of flour tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll like a burrito and place in dish. Continue until pan is full. Pour remaining soup mixture over top, making sure all areas are covered. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Cover with foil. Heat for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
