9-inch graham cracker crust | 1/3 cup lemon juice |
8-oz. pkg cream cheese | 1 tsp vanilla |
14-oz. can sw cond milk | Can of pie filling |
In medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust and chill 3 hours or until set. Top with pie filling (cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, etc.) before serving.
