Using electric mixer, beat ingredients 30 seconds. Add 1/4 cup +1 Tblsp water. Beat 15 seconds. Roll out on floured pastry sheet. Some people have better luck chilling the dough first. 3 times the recipe makes 4-5 double crusts. This is Annette's favorite pie crust recipe.
