Crust:
2 cubes butter,softened 2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt
Filling:
6 eggs 1 cup lemon/orange juice
3 cups sugar 1 cup flour
2 Tblsp lemon/orange zest Powdered sugar for dusting


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter with sugar; add flour and salt; mix and dump on board; gather into ball. Flatten and press into 9 x 13-inch pan, building up a 1/2-inch edge on all sides. Chill. Bake crust for 15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool. Leave oven on. Whisk eggs, sugar, zest, juice, and flour. Pour over crust and bake for 45 minutes until filling is set. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
