Pkg lemon cake mix | 1 cup water |
Lg pkg lemon inst pudding | 1/4 cup oil |
4 eggs | Lemonade glaze |
Mix all except glaze and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Prick through with utility fork. Spoon glaze over cake until completely absorbed. Cool and cut into squares. For glaze mix 1/2 cup lemonade drink mix, 2 Tblsp melted butter, 1/2 cup water, and 2 cups powdered sugar. For the glaze you could use 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate; omit water and butter.
