1 qt frozen huckleberries 1 Tblsp flour
1 cup sugar 3 Tblsp tapioca


Thaw berries until slushy. Mix with other ingredients; put in unbaked pie shell and cover with top crust. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
