Bring 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice to boil. Add 2/3 cup sugar, 5 Tblsp cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Slice peaches into pie shell. Pour the juice mixture over the peaches. Bake. Serve with whipped cream.
